Coaching everyone from childhood cancer survivors, military cadets, and Divison I athletes among others for 5 years while also being involved in research, strength & conditioning, and physical therapy settings.

My current focus is to serve the Office Athlete through online coaching so you can feel better and do better.

I want to combine my roles which included research, performance analysis, and coaching to help the Office Athlete community.

My primary goals will be to assist you in optimizing your sleep, nutrition, physical activity/exercise, and mindset to improve your performance. You can find many resources online that cover these topics. However, the difficult aspect is the personalized application of these concepts. This is where I can help. A coach provides accountability, objectivity, perspective, and guidance to help you become the best you can be.
