Coaching everyone from childhood cancer survivors, military cadets, and Divison I athletes among others for 5 years while also being involved in research, strength & conditioning, and physical therapy settings.
I want to combine my roles which included research, performance analysis, and coaching to help the Office Athlete. My primary goals will be to assist you in optimizing your recovery, nutrition, physical activity/exercise, and mindset to improve your performance.
To provide quality coaching, I do limit the number of potential enrollees.
What can be expected?
Online Coaching will be an 8-week program that emphasizes recovery, nutrition, physical, and mental performance.
Performance Assessment – Detailed analysis that will discover where improvements should be made with regards to physical, nutritional, recovery, and mental performance
Check-In – Weekly check-in (video or chat) to assess your progress
Physical Performance – We will implement a program to enhance quality of life, increase physical fitness, and improve body composition
Nutritional Performance – We will incorporate nutritional strategies to improve stamina, enhance focus, and help you achieve your desired body composition
Recovery Performance – We will apply strategies to optimize recovery which will increase focus, decrease fatigue, and help you improve your performance and body composition
Mental Performance – We will work together to increase your energy, improve your quality of life, and ensure that you will make progress
Online coaching will mean that:
- Location doesn’t matter, I’ll be here to help you no matter where you are
- No need to schedule a physical time to meet
- You will receive the same or greater support than in-person coaching
- Cost effective. Online coaching allows you to keep costs low while receiving phenomenal service. Meeting a trainer 3 times per week may be an investment of $120-$400 or more per week. Online coaching allows me to offer a similar service with greater flexibility for a 1/3 or less of that price.
